Harry Kane scored a brace as England thrashed Ukraine 0-4 to advance into the semi final of the European Championship 2020, MySportDab Reports.
First Half Report
One goal separated the two teams in a first half encounter which was evenly matched between them as their opportunities were few in number.
Harry Kane opened the scoring as early as in the 45th minute after teaming up with Manchester City Raheem Sterling to get the opening goal of the encounter to make it 0-1 for England.
Ukraine did everything possible to ensure they quickly staged a comeback which proved very difficult to get as the match carried on further.
Nothing to show for all the efforts with the first 45 minutes entering into the last few moments left as both teams continued to push forward.
The first half of the encounter ended with Ukraine 0-1 England as they both settled in for the break which saw a good 1st 45 minutes played.
Second Half Report
The second half was worst for the Ukrainians who were left confused and hopeless with goals flying into their net until the end.
Two Manchester United defender of Luke Shaw and Harry Maguire teamed up to extend the lead into 0-2 against Ukraine in the 49th minute which saw the center back making it count.
England weren’t done yet as the game progressed with Harry Kane getting his brace in the 50th minute to make it 0-3 for the Three Lions who were roaring very loud.
Liverpool midfielder, Jordan Henderson made it 0-4 in the 63rd minute after receiving a brilliant assistance from Chelsea player, Mason Mount for the beautiful goal.
The match failed to proved anything else as it finished with Ukraine 0-4 England with the Three Lions setting up a date with Denmark in the semi final of the European Championship.
