Bournemouth have officially completed the signing of Chelsea legend Gary Cahill who joins them as a free agent this summer window, MySportDab reports.
The Championship side beat the likes of Premier League newcomers Norwich City to the signature of the former Crystal Palace defender.
Gary Cahill has officially been unveiled by Bournemouth where he signed a one-year contract that will see him spend the full season with them.
The defender was instrumental during his time with Chelsea where he won several titles to his name as he played alongside the club greatest.
His last club was Crystal Palace where he also showed quality as he scored before leaving, although the time there wasn’t that good with injuries hitting him.
Bournemouth will be hoping he can be instrumental in helping them gain back promotion as that will be their main objective after being relegated.
Their relegation saw them losing some key players in the team as Manchester City bought Nathan Ake from them with the team losing quality in every position.
With Gary Cahill and his experience, they will be hoping that can help them in getting back to top flight football after their last season wasn’t that good in the Champions.
