Harry Kane makes his return as Tottenham beat Wolves 0-1 with Dele Alli scoring from the penalty spot for their second win of the season, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
A good encounter that started between both teams who have some links attached as the first half showed so much quality from the two sides.
The game started well until the Wolves conceded an early penalty which was after an attack from Spurs which lead to a foul being committed inside the box.
Dele Alli stepped up with Harry Kane seating on the beach to convert from the penalty spot as Tottenham took a 0-1 lead in the 9th minute of the encounter.
The 45 minutes carried on with both teams matching themselves attack for attacks and the defending was solid from both ends as they entered the final stages of the half.
It ended in the first half of the game with Wolves 0-1 Tottenham as they both headed for the break with the visitors taking all the advantage.
Second Half Report
It was all to play for in the second half of the encounter which saw more coming from them both as the game lightened up more as the opportunities were more.
Tottenham were okay taking the lead against their manager’s former team that continued to push more with them needing to make the comeback as early as possible.
The Wolves were solid at the back as they carried on fighting to equalize in the encounter which was looking far gone for them as they approached the 70th minutes.
Nothing could have as the opportunities kept on coming from them both with nobody able to convert neatly as the game entered the last few minutes.
The match ended with Wolves 0-1 Tottenham as Spurs claimed another win to continue this unbeaten run to two for the new season after they beat Man City.
