Goals from Thomas Partey alongside one both from Aubameyang and Emile Smith Rowe ensured Arsenal smashed Aston Villa 3-1, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half was well played by the Gunners who made sure their dominance paid off with goals coming off everything within the 45 minutes.

Aston Villa and Arsenal held things down tight at the back under the first 20 minutes of the game which nothing was able to happen on both ends as it progresses.

Thomas Partey gave the Gunners the lead in the 23rd minute of the encounter which saw him being assisted by Emile Smith Rowe as he finished off to make it 1-0 and his first goal for the club.

Things progressed further with nothing else coming except for wasted opportunities which didn’t amount to anything reasonable from both teams.

Aubameyang increased the lead to 2-0 after scoring from his missed penalty in the 45th minute plus added time to ensure his side doubled their advantage in the match.

The first half of the encounter ended with Arsenal taking a comfortable 2-0 advantage into the break against Aston Villa who was poor all through the 45 minutes.

Second Half Report

The second half started perfectly the way Arsenal wanted it to be as they continued pushing forward with more opportunities.

Aston Villa struggled so much in making sure they kept their opponent out from scoring more goals as the encounter carried on in the second half.

Another goal once again and this time it was Emile Smith Rowe who scored a stunner to make the scoreline 3-0 after a good delivery from Aubameyang who second the second goal.

The Gunners looked confident like they haven’t been in a long time as they controlled play and made things uneasy for their opponent who struggled to make an impact.

Jacob Ramsey pulled one back for the visitors in the 83rd minute of the game after an amazing play saw Leon Bailey providing the assist to make the scoreline 3-1.

Nothing else could be recorded as the match ended with Arsenal taking a 3-1 win against Aston Villa which sees them claiming three points at the Emirates Stadium.
