Leroy Sane scored a brace as Bayern Munich beat Benfica 0-4 in a match which saw VAR ruled out two goals, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
An evenly balanced first half encounter saw both teams showing so much quality while going forward as nothing could separate them.
Benfica had things sorted out against the Bavarians who are known for scoring so many goals which didn’t happen for them in the first half.
Bayern Munich did everything possible to make sure they score the opener, but still all their opportunities and efforts led to nothing working out.
Robert Lewandowski scored in the 43rd minute of the game but unfortunately it was ruled out by VAR after review which saw the scoreline remain 0-0.

Second Half Report
The second half was more different as the goals came in quickly before the home side knew what was happening to them.
Bayern Munich thought they scored the opener in the 52nd minute of the game but VAR once again ruled out Thomas Muller goal.
Benfica luck ran out as Leroy Sane made the scoreline 0-1 in the 70th minute and this time the goal stand as things turned around going forward.
Another goal in the 80th minute saw the Bavarians increasing their lead to 0-2 which was thanks to an own-goal scored by Everton.
Things continued to look worst as the home side were totally exposed with Robert Lewandowski making it 0-3 immediately in the 82nd minute.
Leroy Sane scored his brace and made the scoreline 0-4 in the 87th minute after an amazing display saw the German finishing off to increase things.
The match ended with Bayern Munich hammering Benfica 0-4 to continue their impressive run of form in the Champions League this season.
