Neymar scored and made an assist as Brazil thrashed Uruguay 4-1 in the World Cup Qualifiers match, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half wasn’t that bad as two goals were scored and so many wasted opportunities which could have counted for something good.
Neymar teamed up with Manchester United midfielder Fred to give Brazil a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute of the first half after so much pressure.
Things carried on looking bad for Uruguay who had so much working to do in defending and pushing forward for the equalizer in the encounter.
Raphinha extended the lead for the Brazilians in the 18th minute after another lovely play saw the Premier League star player netting to make it 2-0.
The first half of the game ended with Brazil taking a 2-0 advantage into the break against Uruguay who were poor going forward.
Second Half Report
Both teams found the back of the net in the second half of the encounter which was filled with goals which came from both ends.
A 59th minute goal from Raphinha made it his brace and his Country taking a 3-0 lead against Uruguay who still couldn’t find an answer to their problems in the game.
Luis Suarez finally pulled one back in the 77th minute for his side after they hit Brazil and got to make the scoreline 3-1 from a perfect finish coming through from Atletico Madrid man.
The game progressed with so much to play from both Nations who did well enough to create the opportunities, but their finishing was very bad to result into a goal.
Gabriel Barbosa wrapped things off with a strike in the 83rd minutes of the encounter which was assisted by Neymar as the scoreline increased to 4-1.
The match came to an end with Brazil claiming another impressive win against Uruguay which ended with 4-1 and three points on the go.
