Jorginho scored a brace as Chelsea thrashed Malmo 4-0 in a game that saw Andreas Christensen and Kai Havertz on target, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half started nicely for the Blues who dominated things as expected of them with the goals also coming within 45 minutes.

Andreas Christiansen made things 1-0 in the 9th minute of the encounter after a good teamwork effort saw Thiago Silva supplying the assist for the opening goal.

Chelsea Malmo

Malmo did manage to hold their opponent back for a little while as they tried to make sure they didn’t concede so many goals.

Chelsea continued to dominate things as they push for another goal which came in the 21st minute from Jorginho who was given a penalty and he converted well to make it 2-0.

Nothing else could come out of the first half which saw Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner removed due to injury sustained as the game carried on.

It finally came to an end in the first half with Chelsea taking a 2-0 lead into the break against Malmo after a good 45 minutes of football from the Champions.

Second Half Report

The second half started the same way just like the first 45 minutes in which the goals were still coming in from the home side.

Kai Havertz teamed up with Callum Hudson Odoi to extend Chelsea lead to 3-0 in the 48th minute of the match which saw the Premier League side increasing their advantage further.

It was looking very bad for Malmo who was left with nothing than to make sure they defend hard ensuring more goals were not scored.

Their defending cost them to give away a penalty which Jorginho stepped up and made it count in the 57th minute to make the scoreline 4-0 as it progressed further.

It was all about more opportunities being created while the encounter carried on with nothing to show for every effort from both teams.

The match finally ended with Chelsea taking a 4-0 win against Malmo which sees them taking three points making it six from three games played.
