John Stones scored as England escaped with a point against Hungary at Wembley Stadium which ended 1-1, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

So much coming from both Nations in the first half of the encounter which was evenly matched going forward and defending.

The first 20 minutes of the encounter were evenly matched without any goal being scored despite all the attempts against both goalkeepers.

It was Hungary who drew first blood in the 24th minute of the game after a bad tackle saw them awarded a penalty which Roland Sallai converted neatly to make it 0-1.

That challenge that led to the penalty could have easily seen Luke Shaw sent off but he luckily escaped with a yellow card shown to him.

England pulled back level in the 37th minute of the match which saw Manchester City defender John Stones scoring to make things level 1-1 with a clean finish.

Nothing else was recorded as the first half of the encounter ended with England being held to a 1-1 scoreline against Hungary after 45 minutes.

Second Half Report

A second-half encounter which was poor saw the three lions unable to make anything happen despite all the firepower they possess going forward.

England was unable to do anything in the early stages which saw them pushing and dominating things but all led to nothing coming out from their play.

For the visitors Hungary, they were okay allowing things to play out the way it is which favors them more than to concede as it progressed.

England Hungary

It was looking evenly matched and nothing happening with the three lions looking ordinary which saw them also making some few changes.

Still, nothing could happen as the match ended with England settling for a 1-1 draw against Hungary in a game in which many things could have happened for them.
