FT: Man United 3-2 Atalanta, Cristiano Ronaldo Bags Late WINNER! | HIGHLIGHTS

Cristiano Ronaldo scored the winning goal as Man United came from behind to beat Atalanta 3-2 in the Champions League, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half was disastrous for Manchester United who were ripped apart by their opponent who made sure they scored twice.

The first 10 minutes of the game was evenly balanced with both sides keeping off each other from scoring as few opportunities came through.

Atalanta scored the opening goal in the 15th minute of the match which saw Mario Pasalic converting neatly from an assist through Zappacosta to make it 0-1 for the away side.

Man United were so poor that they struggled to get any shot on target despite Cristiano Ronaldo leading the attack for them.

Merih Demiral made it 0-2 in the 29th minute of the first half which saw the red devils failing to deal with pressure which led to them falling behind from another goal.

The first half carried on and ended with Man United heading into the break with 0-2 down against Atalanta who were unstoppable.

Second Half Report

The second half was so much entertaining as Manchester United came on a different side who made sure they got the job done against all odds.

Marcus Rashford 53rd minutes goal in the second half set things going against Atalanta who conceded one as the scoreline turned 1-2.

More pressure came from Man United who gained control of the game pushing forward for another goal but nothing happened for them.

Harry Maguire leveled things 2-2 in the 75th minute which saw Bruno Fernandes providing the assist once again after helping Marcus Rashford earlier.

Things were looking good for the Red Devils who were moving well against their opponent as Cristiano Ronaldo gave them the lead in the 81st minute to make it 3-2.

The Red Devils made sure that lead remained until the match ended with Man United taking a 3-2 win against Atalanta as they record all three points after a good comeback.
