Manchester United Striker Anthony Martial has now confirmed that he wants to leave in January, MySportDab reports.

The France International has been frozen out of the Manchester United first-team this season.

He has only started two of United’s 15 Premier League matches this season.

The 26-year-old has played only 67 minutes in the Champions League for United this season.

Martial is unhappy due to his lack of of playing time amid fierce competition at United.

Speaking to Sky Sports News, Anthony Martial’s agent Philippe Lamboley said:

‘Anthony is ready to leave in January.

‘The only thing he wants is to play. He is not planning to stay in January and has plans to talk about this with United soon.’

Martial still has an uncertain future since the arrival of new interim manager Ralf Rangnick.

He missed Rangnick’s first two matches at United due to a knee injury but it is unlikely that he will become a regular starter.

Barcelona have previously shown interest in Martial, and they could make a loan offer in January.
