Thomas Muller and Robert Lewandowski both scored as Bayern Munich thrashed Wolfsburg 4-0, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
It wasn’t that good first half despite one goal being scored as both teams had a fair enough encouraging defending to do.
It took Bayern Munich 7 minutes to score the opening goal which came through Thomas Muller who made sure his finishing was perfect to make it 1-0 as it progressed.
Wolfsburg weren’t that convincing in their display which saw them unable to make anything happen as they went down very early in the encounter causing so much troubles for them.
The match approached the final few minutes left to be played without anything coming out of it except some wasted opportunities from both ends of the pitch.
The first half of the encounter came to an end with Bayern Munich taking a 1-0 advantage into the break after a good job done in the 45 minutes of football.
Second Half Report
So much came in the second half of the encounter which wasn’t that bad coming from the home side who continued with their dominance going forward.
Wolfsburg conceded another goal in the 57th minute of the second half which was scored by Dayot Upamecano as the scoreline turned 2-0 in favor of the Bavarians.
Bayern Munich continued to press for more goals which saw scored in the 59th minute to make things 3-0 after a good team effort saw Leroy Sane finishing off perfectly for the 3rd.
The match carried on without anything coming from both teams who continued to create numerous amount of opportunities which wasn’t converted by either of them.
Robert Lewandowski scored in the 87th minute making the scoreline 4-0 for his side after an amazing assist coming from Jamal Musiala.
The match came to an end with Bayern Munich 4-0 Wolfsburg which sees the Bavarians extending their lead on top of the Bundesliga League table.
