Fred scored in the second half as Ralf Rangnick gets first win after Man United beat Crystal Palace 1-0 in the Premier League, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half didn’t provide much fun as Manchester United were held back all through despite all their dominance and attacking.

Crystal Palace were well organised against their opponent who had so much to do on the pitch while their dominance was seen with the pressure faced by the visitors.

It was looking good for Man United in terms of how they pushed the ball around on the pitch with new manager Ralf Rangnick passing out instructions to the players.

Nothing happened as they approached the final few minutes left to be played in the first half of the encounter, but still no goal to report despite all the attempts on the goalkeeper on both ends.

The first half ended with Man United 0-0 Crystal Palace as they both headed inside for the break without anything coming out of the 45 minutes played.

Second Half Report

The second half started good from both teams who had one thing in their minds going forward, which is to take the lead and see how it goes.

Man United still couldn’t find a breakthrough despite everything they did going forward as it was looking all good for them but scoring was their only problem on the pitch.

The game carried on with Crystal Palace also creating some few opportunities which they were unable to make good use of as things looked more balanced and even going forward.

Nothing still to separate both teams who looked lively with them approaching the 70th minute and counting without anything to show for it, mostly for the home side.

Man United Crystal Palace

Fred broke the deadlock in the 78th minutes of the second half after a nice teamwork effort with Mason Greenwood which the Brazilian smashed it hard to make the scoreline 1-0.

The match finally came to an end with Man United 1-0 Crystal Palace which could have been easily changed but things remain that way after 90 minutes.
