Frank Lampard has completed his second signing as Everton manager in Dele Alli, MySportDab reports.
The Tottenham player will be making a move to Everton after an agreement was reached between both clubs for the midfielder.
The new boss is already making moves after signing Donny van de Beek from Manchester United adding to the list.
Other names are also being drawn up with few hours left for the January window to come to an end in Europe.
Dele Alli will be joining Everton on a permanent contract which is yet to be officially announced by the club.

This move is another one that could help the club making sure they avoid going down further in the Premier League table this season.
Rafa Benitez did so much damage before he was sacked leaving Frank Lampard to ensure things work out for them as they face an uphill task.
Dele Alli signing will be made official in a couple of hours which could see him be available for their next game in February.
