Watford have sacked Claudio Ranieri following a run of poor form after few months, MySportDab reports.

The Hornets have been battling so much this season which they started with another manager before he was sacked and replaced by the former Leicester manager.

Claudio Ranieri has once again faced the hammer from another job without lasting until end of the season after just being employed.

The Italian has been sacked just three months after joining Watford following their home loss to Norwich City.

His recent loss left them in the bottom three and facing relegation as the season is already getting to the last few games left to be played.

According to reports reaching us from The Athletic, Watford have now axed Ranieiri and the Hornets’ hierarchy will now be looking for a third manager of the season.

So far the Premier League side have already axed Xisco in October which saw them brought in the former Chelsea manager, and now he has been sacked.

Claudio Ranieri lost ten of his 13 games in charge with his only wins coming against Everton and Manchester United which was the biggest of the season for the club.

Their last game against Norwich had the manager saying so knowing fully well he was going to lose his job.

Here Is What He Said:

“I want to say sorry to our fans because we wanted to do something better. We asked the players to light the fire and we can’t lose this match, but after the goal we disappeared.

“I believe in my reaction and the players’ reaction. It is not possible to continue in this way because this way we go straight into the Championship. I want the players with heart and mentality who play for the team.

“I speak every day with the board and we are all together. I believe in these players, the players who want to believe. Who doesn’t want to believe – go home.”

Many names are being drawn for the Watford job which could see others like Frank Lampard being linked with taking over.
