Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah scored as Liverpool beat Norwich 3-1 with Luis Diaz scoring his first goal, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
Both teams had it good as they kicked off the first half of the encounter which had so much talking points coming out of the entire 45 minutes of football played between them.
Liverpool could have got an early lead in the encounter, but his strike from long range was saved by the away side goalkeeper who was on high alert as it carried on.
Norwich City maintained a solid defensive line against their opponent who pressed them so much in every part of the encounter which was looking like a one side affair but no goal was scored.
The opportunities kept on coming in numbers but nothing was done as both teams had so much good work to do at the back which they made sure no mistake happened.
The first half ended with Liverpool 0-0 Norwich City as they both headed inside for the break with nothing happening between both teams after 45 minutes of football.
Second Half Report
The second half started well as both teams continued from where they left searching for the opening goal which didn’t come through as they carry on with no choice.
Norwich took the lead in the 48th minute through a goal from Milot Rashica who made things 0-1 for the away side after a good finish.
Liverpool wasted no time in leveling things back 1-1 in the 64th minute through an outstanding finishing Sadio Mane.
Another one followed from Mohamed Salah in the 67th minute of the second half with assist coming from Alisson Becker which made it 2-1.
Luis Diaz score his first goal as a player of the Reds in the 81st minutes making it a 3-1 scoreline as it progressed.
The match ended with Liverpool 3-1 Norwich City which saw them claiming all three points in a game which wasn’t easy for them after 90 minutes.
