Mauricio Pochettino has now fallen out with the Paris Saint-Germain hierarchy and could now leave his job, MySportDab reports.
Manchester United are determined to sign Pochettino at the end of the season as their new manager.
According to The Mirror, Pochettino is the Coach that the Manchester United first team players want to be appointed for the job.
The Argentine is ready to leave PSG at the end of the season amid the interest from United.
Pochettino has always been linked with with the vacant managerial position at the Theatre of Dreams over the years.
Now, there is trouble for PSG in the hierarchy and team.
MySportDab understands that Pochettino feels undermined by the PSG hierarchy after not being consulted on a number of decisions.
The French club did not ask for his opinion on the signing of Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos and Gianluigi Donnarumma last summer.
That trio alongside Georginio Wijnaldum, Nuno Mendes and Achraf Hakimi moved to the French Capital last summer.
Pochettino now has a broken relationship with the PSG hierarchy, in particular sporting director Leonardo.
He got frustrated that PSG failed to comply with his demands in the summer transfer market.
Pochettino is now considering leaving at the end of the season.
That would allow the Argentine to become Manchester United’s next coach at Old Trafford.
Manchester United Coach Ralf Rangnick signed a six-month contract at Old Trafford on an interim basis and will be replaced soon.
Erik ten Hag is another manager on the list of potential candidates for Manchester United’s next coach.
