Lionel Messi was on target as Argentina thrashed Venezuela 3-0 in their World Cup qualifiers, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The Argentines had the first half on lockdown against their opponent who had less work to offer going forward.
Venezuela did well enough to hold off their opponent in the early minutes of the half which saw them soaking in so much pressure coming from the home team.

Argentina pressed more until they doubled the lead in the 79th as Rodrigo De Paul once again assisted Angel Di Maria who doubled the scoreline to 2-0 for the home side.
More opportunities kept on coming for the home side who continued with their dominance going forward until Lionel Messi made it 3-0 in the 82nd minute.
The match came to an end with Argentina 3-0 Venezuela as the home side finished off the game ensuring they claimed three points after 90 minutes of football played between them.
