Barcelona is preparing to move for Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus ahead of the summer window, MySportDab reports.
The Brazilian has been struggling for regular playing time since he joined Manchester City.
Things are not working in his favor with the club set to sign Erling Haaland who will be their preferred number nine striker which will push Gabriel Jesus’ birthday away.
He has been seeing more of the bench than starting games which happened most of his time during Sergio Aguero.
His departure from the club still didn’t change his situation which saw him being dropped despite being the only natural number nine.
Pep Guardiola is not too confident about him playing regularly as false nine have been deployed in his position which has been working so far for them.
Gabriel Jesus is now considering his future as a move away could be on the table for him when a new striker comes into Manchester City.
His lack of playing time has affected his chances of making it to the National team which could make him end up not going for the world cup.
They have been struggling recently with them losing back-to-back games which also saw them crash out of the Europa League.
There are also more names on the list for the Barcelona team who want to add more firepower to their squad.
