Man City was held to a 0-0 goalless draw against Atletico Madrid but made it into the next round, MySportDab reports.

An amazing 45 minutes of football coming from both teams who did well enough going forward in attacking but couldn’t find anything good.
Man City had a brilliant start to the first half of the encounter which saw them creating a few early opportunities but their opponent had a solid defensive formation setup.
Atletico Madrid continued holding off and at the same time moving forward in numbers to find any way possible of making it count by all means which didn’t happen.
More opportunities came through but nothing to show for it from both teams who couldn’t get anything going past the goalkeeper as the match pushed on.

The second half kicked off with so much coming from both teams who looked lively as the home side had so much work with them looking to come back.
Man City looked good than they were in their last few games and they made sure their defense did well enough to keep their opponent from making any damage that could impact aggregate.
Atletico Madrid had to make a couple of changes as the match progressed with them fighting to get the equalizer which failed to happen as they hit the one-hour mark.
Nothing changed with them as the game entered the final few minutes which saw a fight break out as Felipe was sent off with other players being booked including the home side manager.
The match ended with Atletico Madrid 0-0 Man City which saw the Manchester side advancing into the semifinals where they will go up against another Spain side.
