Kelechi Iheanacho was on target as Man United played a 1-1 draw against Leicester City at Old Trafford, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The game kicked off with a fast pace in the first half coming from both teams who made sure they created a fair enough amount of opportunities going forward.
Man United had more of the ball possession at the start of the half but they were unable to make anything count out of it all moving forward in a closely matched half.
Things carried on with Leicester City doing everything in their power to ensure that to make something happen for themselves which looked very difficult.
More opportunities and good defending from both of them made sure the scoreline remained goalless as they continued to press each other looking for the opening goal of the game.
The first half ended with Man United 0-0 Leicester City as they both headed inside for the break with a goalless scoreline after 45 minutes played at Old Trafford.
Second Half Report
The second half was a different encounter entirely as the goals were seen between both of the teams who did well enough going forward.
The match carried on with so much happening until Leicester City took the lead in the 63rd minute of the encounter after a goal from Kelechi Iheanacho who made it 0-1.
Man United was left with a deficit which they pushed forward in numbers trying to level up and luckily Fred smashed one beating the goalkeeper which made it 1-1 in the 66th minute.
Nothing else was seen as the game carried on with wasted opportunities coming from both ends as they approached the final 5 minutes.
Everything came to an end after 90 minutes of the game which saw Man United held to a 1-1 draw against Leicester City to spoil their top four hopes.
