French and United midfielder, Paul Pogba, has defied his coach, Ralf Rangnick, as he hopes to return to the United squad after injury, MySportDab reports.
The 29-year-old had sustained a calf injury during United’s 4-0 loss to Liverpool at Anfield in a premier league midweek fixture.
Pogba hopes he could return to play for the Red Devils before the season ends.

United interim Coach, Ralf Rangnick, is not expecting Paul Pogba to feature in United’s remaining matches for the rest of the season, Goal.com reports
Still, the central midfielder has insisted that he will return before the season ends.
He promised to work and ensure an early early to the United squad before the season ends.
Pogba also lamented his inability to help the team after United’s 3-1 loss to the gunners at the Emirates Stadium.
The result of this match has dampen United’s chances of making it to the Champions League next season.
The French youngster expressed optimism of United Champions League despite the loss to Arsenal.
He also tweeted of his unalloyed loyalty and support to the team as he hopes to return quickly to join the battle for a Champions League spot for the Red Devils (@paulpogba).
The World Cup Winner has made 157 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 29 goals with 38 assists.
