Manchester United have reached an agreement with Ajax to sign Erik Ten Hag as manager, MySportDab reports.
The Dutch international has done well enough with Ajax which will now be coming to an end once the season is done.
Erik Ten Hag has already reached agreement on personal terms with Manchester United who held an interview with him and other managers.
After all the meetings, discussion was held which the manager demanded some control concerning what will be going on with the club.
It was claimed that he wanted more control as to who goes out and comes in the club when he takes over as their manager.
All terms was agreed upon which saw them reaching an agreement verbally pending after the Dutch cup between PSV and Ajax was played.
With everything done discussion opened up immediately between Manchester United and Ajax which was later agreed upon.
A value of €2.5 million is on the table which will now see the manager be announced in the coming days or weeks.
The English Premier League side want to complete everything before the season comes to an end so he will take over as soon as possible.
Manchester United are set to make new signings once the manager takes over as players like Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard are both set to leave as a free agent.
Erik Ten Hag’s arrival could be a blessing to Donny van de Beek who once played with him as they will be hoping he can help revive his career.
