England Coach Gareth Southgate has now named his squad for the upcoming nations league matches, MySportDab reports.
As expected, Jarrod Bowen gets his first England Call Up to the national team after a fantastic season.
Also, defender Fikayo Tomori has now been named in the squad for the Nations League Matches.
Tomori is back for England after winning the Serie A title with AC Milan in the 2021-22 season.
Arsenal’s Ben White and Marc Guehi are also in the England squad.
For Manchester United, Harry Maguire still gets a call up despite a poor season for the player at club level.
Maguire is the only United player in the latest England squad.
Maguire has been a key player for Gareth Southgate during his six-year tenure as manager.
Shaw, Rashford, Sancho and Henderson all miss out left out of the squad.
The Three Lions will face Hungary, Germany and Italy in June as the football season ends last week.
Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson and Aston Villa’s Tyrone Mings are not included in the squad.
On Tuesday, Southgate revealed that he wanted to give Henderson some time to rest after a long season.
He said: ‘The decision for Henderson is that he’s played more than 60 games this season, has a Champions League Final coming up, and is 32-years-old.’
There are many fans who are not happy about the omission of Maddison despite his good performances last season.
Maddison scored 18 goals and provided 12 assists for Leicester City across all competitions in the 2021-22 season.
But he is not chosen in this England squad as James Ward-Prowse, Mason Mount, and Conor Gallagher are preferred.
Southgate said that Maddison missing out is due to the strength in England’s attacking-midfield slots.
