The reason Senegalese and PSG midfielder Idrissa Gueye pulled out of the PSG squad has been revealed, MySportDab reports.
Idrissa Gueye reportedly pulled out of the PSG Squad, which defeated Montpellier 4-0 on Saturday.
The Senegalese playmaker was part of the Senegalese team that lifted the African Cup of Nations for the first time.
MySportDab learns that Gueye pulled out of the PSG squad to avoid wearing the Rainbow colour put on by his teammates during the Montpellier game.

The French giants put on the Rainbow colour in solidarity with the LGBT community in France and worldwide.
Gueye pulled out of the squad to avoid identifying with his club move and push to support the LGBT community.
Meanwhile, reactions have continued to trail the Gueye stance on the issue. A few days ago, a 17-year-old Blackpool striker Jake Daniels declared he is gay.
Top football governing bodies in Europe had applauded and welcomed Jake Daniels’s declaration.
It is more likely that the solidarity move by PSG may not be unconnected to Jake’s declaration.
According to BBC Football, the French Football Federation has already demanded an explanation from the Senegalese for withdrawing from the match.
It is pertinent to note that homosexuality has been criminalised in Senegal, which may be why the player pulled out of the squad.
PSG manager has reacted to Gueye’s absence from the Montpellier squad. According to him, Gueye was absent for personal reasons.
Fellow African teammates Cheikhou Kouyate and Ismailia Sarr have expressed their solidarity and support for Gueye.
They took to their social media account to express their support for Gueye. Kouyate referred to Gueye as “the real man” on his social media handle.
Gueye has been trending on social media, with Senegalese top political hierarchy supporting the player’s stance.
