FT: Chelsea 4-2 Man United, Blues Women Win WSL Title! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Samantha Kerr scored a brace as Chelsea Women won the WSL beating Man United 4-2, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first half had both teams doing so much as they had something to celebrate after 90 minutes.

Man United took the lead in the 13th minute through a goal from Martha Thomas who made sure the Women of the Red made it 0-1 from a good finish.

Chelsea pulled back in the 18th minute from an amazing goal which was scored by Erin Cuthbert who made sure her finishing was pinpoint to make it 1-1 as it carried on.

The Manchester United women meant business as they took the lead once again in the 25th minute from Ella Toone which saw things turned 1-2 as it was looking bad for the home side.

It was a good first half which ended with Chelsea 1-2 Man United Women after 45 minutes of football played between them.

Second Half Report

The second half was were everything was concluded by the home side who ensured they didn’t hold back.

Chelsea women came in the second half with Samantha Kerr scoring to level things 2-2 in the 46th minute from another good teamwork effort.

It wasn’t looking good for Man United who could stop the leveler as another one from Guro Reiten hit the back of the net making it 3-2 in the 51st minutes.

More opportunities was seen but nothing changed the scoreline as it carried on with so much happening under that short period of time being played.

Samantha Kerr sealed the game as she grabbed her brace in the 66th minute which was the closing prayer as the scoreline turned 4-2.

It was dead and gone as Chelsea sealed their WSL title win once again beating Man United 4-2 after 90 minutes of football played between them on Sunday.
