Jose Mourinho adds the Europa Conference League title as Roma beat Feyenoord 1-0 in the final, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
It wasn’t too far in the first half which saw both teams giving all their best going forward and defending all through.
Roma started the poor of both teams as they were pressured all through the early stages which they did well enough to make sure they keep it up going.
Feyenoord had their opportunities but couldn’t make them count as it carried on forward with them creating more but nothing good came out of them.
The Italian side took the lead in the 32nd minute of the encounter through a stunner from Nicolo Zaniolo who made it 1-0 for his side after an incredible build-up leading to the goal.
That goal was enough to keep the first half going until it ended with Roma 1-0 Feyenoord as they both headed inside for the break after 45 minutes played.
Second Half Report
The second half was evenly balanced with both teams making sure nothing went past them as they continued fighting hard.
Feyenoord continued pressing hard but it wasn’t happening for them as it was looking like a game the Italian side was ready to end it all with the scoreline.
Roma was fighting hard and also pushed forward on a couple of occasions which looked like they could have added to their advantage in the encounter.
Nothing changed with the game approaching the one-hour mark as the scoreline remained 1-0 with the leading side defending very well.
It was not changing anytime soon as they entered the final 10 minutes which looked like more for Jose Mourinho and his players who were fighting hard.
The match finally came to an end with Roma winning the UEFA Europa Conference League title and beating Feyenoord 1-0 after 90 minutes.
