Manchester United is keen on signing Napoli striker Victor Osimhen ahead of the summer window, MySportDab reports.

Victor Osimhen has been linked with a move to Manchester United for a long time and it has managed not to happen over the past few years.

The interest has been since during his time with Lille when he scored loads of goals before he was eventually signed by Napoli who are also struggling to keep him.

Manchester United are not the only side looking to sign the Nigerian striker who Arsenal are monitoring as they need a new striker for Aubameyang’s replacement.

Although the Gunners are said to be interested in signing Gabriel Jesus instead as he won’t cost them too much in the transfer market than going for the Napoli man.

There is so much to be resolved before Erik Ten Hag makes his full move to Old Trafford they will immediately be going into the market to bring in new players.

Victor Osimhen is a key target and they are willing to add a player to the deal knowing the fee is high to sign the 23-year-old player.

Manchester United are not giving up on their efforts to lure Victor Osimhen away from Napoli this summer window.

And they are ready to include Anthony Martial in any transfer package, reports AreaNapoli.

With a France international out of favor at Old Trafford, having been allowed to join Sevilla on loan in January, he will be offered as a makeweight.

This is an attempt as the Red Devils seek to sweeten a deal for a Nigerian forward starring in Serie A for the Napoli side.

The move is on the table and Manchester United will be doing everything in their power to make Victor Osimhen join them ahead of the new season.
