Even highly-rated players such as Cristiano Ronaldo are more likely not to make it to Ten Hag’s starting XI.

However, Ralf Rangnick, who will assume a new role as a sports consultant for the Red Devils, has opted for Jadon Sancho and Anthony Elanga.
Nevertheless, Rashford, 24, has been assured of a place in Ten Hag’s new squad if he proves his worth to the new manager.
Also, his fellow England forward and teammate, Jesse Lingard, is also said to be part of Erik Ten Hag’s new United squad.
Rashford has had a difficult season with the Red Devils, with growing concerns over England’s 2022 World Cup Hopes.
He has reportedly lost his place in the 3 Lions Squad, given his poor outing for Manchester United this season.
So far, he has managed only 5 goals in 32 appearances for the Red Devils and has netted 12 times in 46 appearances for England.
The youngster is said to be optimistic about his chances under Ten Hag and hopes to boost his chances of making it to Gareth Southgate’s England 2022 World Cup Squad.
