Former FIFA President Sepp Blatter has refused to testify in court during his fraud trial at Swiss Court, MySportDab reports
The former football world governing body chairman was arraigned before a Swiss Court for fraud and corruption charges during his tenure as FIFA President.
The 86-year-old was 8th on the row of those who served as FIFA President after the establishment of the body.
Batter remained as FIFA President for 17 years having assume leadership from 1998 to 2015.

In 2015, Blatter was enshrouded in a series of corruption scandals and fraud charges which led to his resignation.
That same year he was banned from participating in all football related activities after his indictment in the said scandals.
Still serving the ban which is expected to terminate in 2027, the Swiss is still under prosecution in a Swiss criminal court on sundry charges of corruption.
The former FIFA President was expected to answer before the Swiss criminal court on Wednesday in the opening day of his 11 days trial.
When he was called upon to answer before the court, MySportDab learns that the 86-year-old complained of chest pain and ill-health.
He opted instead to respond to the charges next day as he was not strong enough to answer queries as the trial judges demanded.
MySportDab also learns that Sepp Blatter was in the court with his UEFA counterpart Michel Platini who is also considered a complicit in the allegations
Sepp Blatter lawyers raised several motions opting for the adjournment of the case due the ill-health of Sepp Blatter which was all rejected.
The trial judge insisted that the 86-year-old must respond on the charges. Sepp Blatter will respond to the charges today.
Both Blatter and Platini could face up to five years imprisonment if found guilty. There is also an option of suspended sentence.
