FT: Germany 5-2 Italy, Timo Werner Bags BRACE! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Germany made light work of Italy in the UEFA Nations League in a game that ended 5-2, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

Solid Start from the Germans who dominated things from the opening stages with them pushing forward hoping to make something good happen.

Italy was poor in their dealing as Joshua Kimmich set loosed and gave his side a 1-0 advantage which came in the 10th minute from an outstanding goal.

Germany carried on dominating things with the game extended furthermore with so much being seen but they couldn’t increase their advantage immediately as it continued.

It was looking good for the Germans who had both feet in the game with them doing everything possible to add another goal meaning it will round things off.

Ilkay Gundogan scored from the penalty spot in the 45th minute plus additional time which meant the scoreline turned 2-0 from a perfect spot-kick.

The first half of the match finished with Germany taking a 2-0 lead into the break against their opponent Italy as they couldn’t make anything count for themselves.

Second Half Report

The second half continued from where it stopped in the first 45 minutes of the game which saw the Germans dominating the affair.

Thomas Muller scored in the 51st minute giving Germany a 3-0 advantage as things continued working in their favor with yet another goal to celebrate.

Italy was forced to make some tactical changes to how it carried on with the encounter which was looking far away from them with everything happening on the pitch.

Time Werner scored a brace in the space of one minute which came in the 68th and 69th making the scoreline 5-0 in favor of his side who was unstoppable.

Degnand Wilfried Gnonto scored with his left foot in the 78th minute to get a goal for the Italians as the scoreline entered 5-1.

Bastoni scored very late in the 90th minute plus additional time which made the scoreline 5-2 with the home side getting another one.

That goal was the last action as the match ended with Germany taking a big 5-2win against Italy after 90 minutes of football played between them for the day.
