Manchester United have released 11 players ahead of the new 2022/23 football season, MySportDab reports.

11 Manchester United players will leave at the end of the month.

Erik ten Hag has a tricky job of getting Manchester United back to the top of English football.

Now, the Dutch coach needs to replace some key first team players leaving on June 30th.

The Red Devils have already confirmed the exits of Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata.

However, Nemanja Matic and Edinson Cavani will also leave this summer.

Goalkeeper Lee Grant has now retired from football after 22 years.

Grant will now work as a coach at Ipswich Town.

MySportDab understands that Pogba is now likely to rejoin Juventus this summer as a free agent.

Meanwhile, Matic is close to joining AS Roma and reuniting with former coach Jose Mourinho.

Manchester United also confirmed that some youth team players will leave at the end of the month.

D’Mani Mellor will leave the club, and midfielder Martin Svidersky has decided to join a Spanish La Liga club over signing a new deal.

United might receive some compensation for their development of the player, even though Svidersky is leaving as a free agent.

Reece Devine and Connor Stanley from the Manchester United academy have now left the club.

Goalkeeper Paul Woolston retired from football at 23 in March.

Manchester United have now triggered a one-year contract extension for Dylan Levitt until June 2023.

Players Released: D’Mani Bughail-Mellor, Paul Pogba, Edinson Cavani, Jesse Lingard, Reece Devine, Lee Grant, Nemanja Matic, Paul McShane, Connor Stanley, Juan Mata, Paul Woolston.
