Darwin Nunez scored a four goals as Liverpool thrashed RB Leipzig 0-5 in their preseason match, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half wasn’t that bad for the Premier League side who started brilliantly scoring goals in the 45 minutes.
It took Liverpool 8 minutes to score the opening goal which came from Mohamed Salah who was able to make things 0-1 going forward.
RB Leipzig did well enough as the match continued with them doing everything possible to hold off their opponent from getting more goals after the opener.
The opportunities kept on coming but none could be capitalized into something good as they entered the final stages of the half.
More action happen in the match which still couldn’t provide any goal as the first half ended with RB Leipzig 0-1 Liverpool as they headed inside for the break after 45 minutes of football.
Second Half Report
The second half was so many goals going in as the English Premier League side where unstoppable thanks to Darwin Nunez.
RB Leipzig conceded another goal following a foul which saw Darwin Nunez scoring from the penalty spot to make it 0-2 in the 48th minute of the second half encounter.
Liverpool pushed on for more as the new striker made it his brace in the 51st minutes netting a stunner which quickly increased the lead to 0-3 as it carried on looking good.
Another one coming from Darwin Nunez in the 68th minute to make it 0-4 from another brilliant teamwork effort which saw him finishing off to make it his hat-trick.
It was looking more comfortable for the newly signed striker who was so much in the game as he made it his fourth and 0-5 in the 90th minute of the encounter.
That goal was enough as Liverpool claimed an amazing 0-4 victory against Germain side RB Leipzig who couldn’t do anything all through the 90 minutes of football played.
