Manchester United have now completed their final Pre-season training before the match against Liverpool, MySportDab reports.
After two weeks since his arrival, Manchester United players will face a real test to show Erik ten Hag’s plans when they face Liverpool.
The EPL clubs will play each other in a bit match at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok.
The main reason of friendly matches is to build up fitness levels and match sharpness for the players.
However, Ten Hag still wants a strong start to life in charge.
The Dutchman conducted his second press conference earlier today and spoke about many issues including the captain and transfers.
After the press conference, Ten Hag and the players went out onto the pitch to conduct their final training session before the match against Jurgen Klopp’s team.
He can be heard giving out instructions to the players as they practiced.
One of the drills let to an heading goal by Marcus Rashford, which is rare from the player.
Almost all 31-man squad took part in the session, but some players were missing.
The likes of Raphael Varane, Scott McTominay, Axel Tuanzebe, and James Garner did not take part in the training.
Captain Harry Maguire trained on his own from the squad due to an injury problem.
He worked on several running drills with United’s fitness coach and it is unlikely he will start against Liverpool.
With Varane also missing training, Ten Hag may have to pick some unusual names in defence against Liverpool.
