Chelsea and Paris Saint Germain have both been confirmed holding talks for the move of Presnel Kimpembe, MySportDab reports.
Presnel Kimpembe is being eyed by Thomas Tuchel, looking to work again with the France international. They both worked in Paris Saint Germain.
