Wesley Fofana

Chelsea’s new proposal for the signature of Wesley Fofana has been confirmed, MySportDab reports.

The defender is open to moving to Chelsea this summer despite Leicester City confirming the player is not for sale.

Thomas Tuchel and Chelsea’s new owner have faced a lot of disappointment in their attempts to fortify the team in the current transfer window.

Their attempts to sign new players haven’t worked out that much as they have had to face competition from Barcelona, who had to hijack all the moves.

Raphinha’s move was first agreed upon with Leeds United to make the switch to Chelsea, but unfortunately, Barcelona had to complete the activity.

It was the same issue with Jules Kounde who they submitted their offer only for Sevilla to move on with Barcelona and they completed a move for the defender.

The Blues are now looking at making sure they are able to complete a move for Wesley Fofana which is also proving to be another issues with Leicester City.

The Foxes are sticking to their decision of not allowing the player to leave the club this summer window as they want to keep him longer.

Chelsea first offer was turned down, but they are not looking to give up yet for the defender who, on his part, is open to making a move happen.

Wesley Fofana is still with Leicester City for now as they will be doing everything possible to stop him from leaving anytime soon.
