Second Half Report
The second half wasn’t that bad as the Old Trafford did improve their performance, but it wasn’t enough to give them what they needed going forward in the encounter.
Brighton And Hove Albion maintained their lead while they pushed forward, looking to make something more happen, but all their attempts failed and didn’t yield anything that could increase their information.
Manchester United was still sluggish and looked terrible, with Cristiano Ronaldo coming in to replace Fred in an attempt by Erik Ten Hag to take another approach to the game, which worked.
Diogo Dalot’s controversial goal in the 68th minute made it 1-2, and it had VAR consulting for a possible handball, but it later counted as an own-goal by MacAllister.
That goal was the only action as Brighton, And Hove Albion held on and claimed all three points beating Manchester United 1-2 at Old Trafford as Erik Ten Hag suffered his first Premier League loss.
