Bukayo Saka of Arsenal has won England’s Men Player of the Award, MySportDab reports.
England has named Bukayo as this Men’s player after a great spell both with Arsenal and the English national team.
Saka has spent the entirety of his football career with the Gunners and has been top choice for Mikel Arteta in the resurgent Arsenal Squad.
He has won the FA Cup and Community shield with the club and has contributed immensely to Arsenal’s top form this season.
Before the award as England’s player of the year, Saka was named Arsenal’s player of the season in the 2022/23 football season.
Regarding his international career, Saka was groomed through the different levels of England’s team.
Prior to his first call-up into England’s national team squad, Bukayo Saka had played for the England U-16, making 2 appearances and scoring 2 goals in 2017.
He made 9 appearances for the England U-17 squad between 2017 and 2018, but failed to score a goal.
Saka had played for the England U-18, U-19, and U-20 youth teams, making a total of 27 appearances and scoring 6 goals in total.
His first national senior team call was on October 1, 2020, when he made his debut for the Three Lions in a game against Wales, which ended in a 3-0 victory for the 3-Lions.
Saka has made Gareth Southgate’s UEFA Nations League squad and will likely make the 3-Lions 2022 World Cup with his current form.
