Sadio Mane was on target as Bayern Munich thrashed Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 at the Allainz Arena, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The Bavarians showed pure class in the first half of the encounter which saw them scoring goals in number and no reply coming from their opponent.
It took Bayern Munich three minutes to set the ball rolling inside the net as Leroy Sane teamed up with Jamal Musiala who provided the assist to make it 1-0 very early.
Bayer Leverkusen were so poor as the game continued with them going down further 2-0 with an outstanding goal which came from Jamal Musiala who was able to score in the 17th minute.
More opportunities continue pouring in from the home side who dominated play heading into the final stages of the half as Sadio Mane added another one in the 39th minute to make it 3-0.
That third goal was the last action as the first half came to an end with Bayern Munich taking a 3-0 lead against Bayer Leverkusen after 45 minutes of football.
Second Half Report
The second half resumed with so much more coming from both teams and this time the away side were more organized in their dealings at the back.
Sadio Mane scored in the 56th minute of the second half but unfortunately VAR ruled out the goal for Bayern Munich which could have made it 4-0 going forward.
Bayer Leverkusen did so much to hold off play as they pressure was becoming too much for them to handle in the encounter.
Things were going well until Thomas Muller scored in the 84th minute of the game which made the scoreline 4-0.
The goal was the last action as the match ended with Bayern Munich taking a 4-0 victory against Bayer Leverkusen after 90 minutes of football played between them for the night.
