Erling Haaland scored a brace as Manchester City thrashed Sevilla 0-4 in the UEFA Champions League, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

It was a glorious first half coming from the Citizens who did so much going forward in the encounter despite them being the away team.

Manchester City struggled in the early minutes of the game which saw them unable to make anything happen going forward with them hitting 15 minutes without a goal.

Erling Haaland scored the opening goal in the 20th minute of the game after a good teamwork effort saw the Norwegian finishing off neatly to make it 0-1 for his team against Celtic.

The game carried on with nothing else coming from either of the teams who approached the half hour mark with the same scoreline on the table.

The first half ended with Manchester City taking a narrow 0-1 lead against Sevilla after 45 minutes of football played between them in Spain.

Second Half Report

The second half was well better for the English Premier League side who did so well in making sure the goals kept going in.

Sevilla were so poor in everything they did in the second half of the match which continued with another goal scored by Phil Foden in the 58th minute to make it 0-2.

Manchester City dominance didn’t end after their second as another one followed up in the 67th minute from Erling Haaland who made it a brace and 0-3.

Things were already done and dusted for Pep Guardiola and his players who added another goal in the 90th minute plus additional time from Ruben Dias to make it a 0-4 scoreline.

The game finished with Manchester City taking the victory with a 0-4 result against Sevilla who couldn’t stand them in any way possible all through 90 minutes of the encounter which was brilliant.
