Brighton hammered Chelsea 4-1 as Graham Potter suffer first defeat as Blues manager, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The away side started the first half so badly that Thiago Silva was able to head away clear goalscoring ball which he was involved in almost causing the goal.

Another error from Thiago Silva saw Trossard benefitted and was able to dribble past Kepa to make it 1-0 in the 5th minutes of the match for Brighton and Hove Albion.

Chelsea were so bad in the game as they went down further behind 2-0 in the 14th minute of the game after Ruben Loftus Cheek scored inside his own net from a corner kick.

Things got worst for the Blues as Trevoh Chalobah slides in the ball beating Kepa Arrizabalaga to hand the host a 3-0 lead in the 42nd minute of the game as things carried on.

The first half came to an end with Brighton And Hove Albion cruising with a 3-0 advantage against Chelsea who couldn’t make anything of any sorts happen.

Second Half Report

The second half saw the Blues coming in with a different mind set which they pushed toward hoping to correct their mistakes from the first 45 minutes.

Chelsea pulled one goal back from Kai Havertz in the 48th minute of the game through a header which was Conor Gallagher setting up the assist to make it 3-1.

Brighton And Hove Albion still continued pushing to add more goals in the game which they didn’t get to make happen with game balancing more than it was in the first half.

Nothing else happened with the away side getting more opportunities but they couldn’t find a way of going past the home side until Pascal Gross added another one to make it 4-1 in the 90th plus added time.

The match ended with Brighton and Hove Albion claiming a 4-1 victory against Chelsea after 90 minutes of football that was played between the both of them.
