FT: Liverpool 2-0 Rangers, Alexander Arnold Scored FREE-KICK! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Goals from Trent Alexander Arnold and Mohammed Salah helped Liverpool to a 2-0 win against Rangers, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The Reds had all the advantage in the first half of the game which saw them dominating play against their Scottish opponent.

Liverpool scored the opening goal in the 7th minutes which came through from a textbook freekick thanks to Trent Alexander Arnold who made the scoreline 1-0 as it carried on.

The away side Rangers weren’t too bad themselves as they did everything possible to make a comeback after going down from what couldn’t be stopped by them.

The game continued to show more promises and sign of something good but the goal didn’t come again after the early stunner which saw the home side pushing on.

It finally came to an end in the first half of the encounter with Liverpool taking a 1-0 lead into the break against Rangers after 45 minutes of football played.

Second Half Report

The second half was also another good one which had the home side starting well once again with an early goal of the 45 minutes.

Rangers did well until a foul was committed on Luis Diaz which resulted in a penalty that had Mohammed Salah stepping up to make it count 2-0 in the 53rd minute.

Liverpool continue with their dominance doing everything to make sure they add more and kill of the game as they entered the 70th minute with the scoreline still the same in favor of the home side.

Nothing else happened in the match which approached the additional time and it was still the home side enjoying the full advantage of the lead and possessions.

The game ended with Liverpool taking all three points after beating Rangers 2-0 to bounce back from their poor form which is yet to change in all competition this season.
