Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood has now been released from prison on bail for the second time, MySportDab reports.
The English footballer was granted bail at a private court hearing today.
However, he was not present for the bail application hearing after being charged a few days ago for attempted rape and engaging in controlling behaviour.
Manchester Magistrates’ Court previously heard his case of charges against him for attempted rape on October 22, 2021; engaging in controlling behaviour between November 1, 2018 and October 15, 2022.
He is also facing charges for threatening to assault a female between December 1 2021 and December 31 2021.
After today’s hearing, held in private at Minshull Street Crown Court, Judge John Potter agreed to grant Mr Greenwood Bail.
However, the Bail has certain conditions that he must not to contact any witnesses relating to the case, and to live at a house on Bow Green Road.
Greenwood’s case was adjourned until November 21 and the proceedings will continue at Minshull Street Crown Court.
Mr Greenwood got bailed this morning until the next hearing is done.
The Footballer has lost many endorsement deals due to the current legal issues.
He is still suspended from club duties by Manchester United and a call up to England is very unlikely.
