Eric Choupo-Moting scored a brace as Bayern Munich beat Hertha Berlin 2-3 in the German Bundesliga, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half started well with both teams going forward and searching for the opening goal very early in the encounter.
Bayern Munich scored the opening goal in the 12th minute which saw Jamal Musiala making it 0-1 from an outstanding finish.
Hertha Berlin couldn’t make anything happen as Eric Choupo-Moting increased the scoreline to 0-2 in the 37th minute which was a good finish.
He made it his brace in the 38th minute which saw the away side doing a lot of play as the scoreline increased to 0-3 with so much more happening.
The home side started with the fightback which saw Dodi Lukebakio scored in the 40th minute of the game which was able to make things 1-3.
Another one from the penalty spot through Davie Selke made it 2-3 in the 45th minute as the first half came to an end with Hertha Berlin 2-3 Bayern Munich which saw them heading for the break.
Second Half Report
The second half resumed with so much work to do from both teams who were pushing forward for a chance of adding to their advantage.
Bayern Munich couldn’t make anything else happen as they continued approaching the encounter with caution and so much more which was going on.
Hertha Berlin conceded another goal in the 57th minute of the game but thanks to VAR, the goal scored by Agustin Rogel was ruled out leaving things the way it was.
Nothing else came through despite both teams creating a number of opportunities which never saw them converting or putting them to good use in the game.
The match ended with Bayern Munich claiming a 2-3 victory against Hertha Berlin after 90 minutes of football which wasn’t an easy one for them to achieve.
