Morocco held Croatia to a 0-0 goalless draw in their opening game of the FIFA World Cup 2022, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
Both teams had it calm against themselves in the first half which saw a lot of opportunities created but all were wasted to nothing happening between them.
Morocco started the game well doing everything in their power to sustain a good defensive backline and also push forward to make sure they are able to hit their opponent without being noticed.
Croatia held on fine until they took control of the game by making sure all the pressing and opportunities creation was done by them as the game carried on between them going forward.
Nothing exciting happened in the remaining minutes of the first half which was still continues missed opportunities which didn’t give the goalkeepers any trouble as it pushed on further.
The first half of the game came to an end with Morocco holding Croatia to a 0-0 goalless scoreline after 45 minutes of football played between them which was closely matched.
Second Half Report
The second half started the same it ended in the first half which saw both teams fighting to make something happen but it was all proving difficult to make happen.
Croatia had the dominance but it wasn’t paying off for them as their opponent had everything on lockdown which they weren’t looking to allow anything to get past them as things carried on further.
Morocco was good as long as they are still in the game pushing to ensure they get something out of the game which was seeing them put up with a lot of pressing and also losing ball possession.
The game carried on and came to an end with Morocco claiming a vital one point having held Croatia to a 0-0 draw after 90 minutes of football which was played between the both of them for the day.
