Barcelona thrashed Real Madrid 1-3 to claim the Spanish Super Cup title after 90 minutes, MySportDab reports.
It was a match which the Los Blancos stood no chances as Robert Lewandowski starred in the showdown show.
First Half Report
The first half was good coming from both teams who gave it all their best but it was just one teaming getting all the job done.
Real Madrid were much in the game for the first half hour of the match which saw them creating something but couldn’t make anything happen.
Barcelona scored the opener in the 33rd minutes of the game after a nice teamwork effort saw Gavi making it 0-1 as it progressed.
Robert Lewandowski scored in the 45th minutes of the encounter to make the scoreline 0-2 as they continued doing well over Real Madrid.
Barcelona finished the first half of the game with a 0-2 advantage which saw them heading inside for the break after 45 minutes of football played.
Second Half Report
The second half was a bit relaxed but it was still another 45 minutes that had goals being scored from the teams who were still hungry.
Real Madrid were at a point looking like a much better team but scoring a goal wasn’t easy as they expected it to be for them as the match carried on.
Barcelona were in total dominance and had more calmness knowing they had all the advantage on their side and they could easily make everything stay in their favor.
Pedri scored in the 69th minutes of the game to make the scoreline 0-3 for his side who were looking more balanced and also running riot.
Karim Benzema pulled a late one back in the 90th minutes plus added time, but it wasn’t enough as Barcelona claimed the Spanish Super Cup beating Real Madrid 0-3.
