Joao Felix to Chelsea is set to be made official soon after the agreement is reached, MySportDab reports.
The Portuguese international has turned down offers from Manchester United and Arsenal to force a move to Chelsea.
The Blues will be boosted by Joao Felix arrival which means more trouble for Aubameyang who has been struggling for playing time.
The move is a loan deal that will run until the end of the season with Atletico Madrid insisting they won’t be selling the player.
