Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has now spoken about his future at the club for the first time, MySportDab reports.
The Nigerian has not ruled out leaving the Italian club this summer as interest grows from Manchester United.
The Red Devils are focused on signing a new striker for next season and have already been linked with Osimhen.
The former Lille man has been in fantastic form this season, scoring 19 goals and providing four assists in 23 matches across all competitions.
He is now regarded as one of the best and top talent strikers in world football and has improve at Napoli since he joined from Lille.
His performance this season has helped Napoli have a 15 points gap at the top of the Serie A table.
Osimhen is loving his life in Naples, but has now opened the door to leaving in the summer.
“When you perform well, top clubs everywhere are watching in the top five leagues,” Osimhen told ESPN.
“And attracting such interest from these top clubs shows I am doing very well and it drives me to do even better for my team.
“I am focused on Napoli and they will decide when the time comes. I want to help my team to win trophies. In the summer, we will see what happens, but it’s not my decision.”
Osimhen has scored 18 goals in Serie A this season, and remains in the race to win the Golden Boot in Italy.
He added: “Being the highest goalscorer is not my priority. The team is more important than my personal ambition.
“If I win it, that’s great but I’m more interested in winning trophies with my team. As long as we win as a team, I don’t care who gets the goals.”
