The draws for the FA Cup Quarterfinals has been confirmed, MySportDab reports.
Premier League teams who made it to round 8 of the domestic competition include Manchester City, Manchester United, Fulham, and Brighton.
Other teams from the lower division who have qualified for the Quarterfinals are Grimsby, Burnley, Sheffield United, and Blackburn.
Manchester City defeated Bristol City 0-3 to make it to the quarterfinals while Fulham bundled out another Premier League side Leeds with a 2-0 win at Craven Cottage.
Championship side Blackburn Rovers traveled to King Power Stadium to defeat Leicester City 1-2 to reach the quarterfinals while Stoke City were edged out by Premier League side Brighton with a narrow 0-1 win.
Now, the draws for the Quarterfinals of the competition has been confirmed with the two Premier League giants and City rivals avoiding each other.
From the draws as released yesterday by the FA, Manchester City will host Burnley at Etihad.
Manchester United host another Premier League side Fulham while Brighton plays Grimsby at home.
The last fixture sees two Championship sides go head-to-head with Premier League hopefuls Sheffield United hosting Blackburn at home
