Football Fans React to Pedro Concalves’ “Goal Of The Century” Equaliser Vs Arsenal [WATCH]

Sporting CP star Pedro Concalves’ sparked reactions with his superb and mind-blowing equaliser against Arsenal at the Emirates, MySportDab reports.

Arsenal nearly ran away with a 3-2 aggregate win over win Sporting CP at Emirates Stadium but were hit with an unexpected equaliser in the second half.

The Gunners had dominated proceedings going forward and were set to grab a win and made it to the last eight after setting for a first-leg 2-2 draw in Portugal.

Xhaka was the difference for the Gunners in the first half.

He had tucked home a rebound from Adan to give Arsenal the lead after 19 minutes into the game.

Despite taking an early lead, the Premier League title hopefuls were looking set to grab another goal but Sporting held on and ended the first half trailing by a lone goal.

In the second half, the Portuguese club awoke from their slumber and stonewalled the Gunners with a good dose of pressure.

In the 62nd minute, Pedro Concalves’ got the equaliser for Sporting CP with an incredible strike which sent the social media buzzing.

Pedro Goncalves won possession in the Gunners’ midfield and took a short solo run on the center circle.

From 46 yards, Pedro Goncalves delivered a stunning lob shot far from goal which looped into the net like a measured projectile.

Aaron Ramsdale was way off his goal line and did not expect such an audacious attempt on goal by Concalves right from the center of the pitch on the half-way line.

Ramsdale sprawled helplessly to the ground as the ball looped over him into the net.

The goal sent social media buzzing with football fans marveling at the wonder goal.

Arsenal made attempts to return to their lead all to no avail as they settled for a 3-3 aggregate draw and ended up losing 3-5 on penalties to crash out of the competition.
