Manchester City claimed an impressive 2-0 victory against Newcastle United in the Premier League, MySportDab reports.
Phil Foden and Bernardo Silva were both the goal scorers for the match which saw them beating their opponent.
First Half Report
The first half was filled with a lot coming from both ends who did a lot to make sure something happens in the encounter.
Newcastle United started well with them giving their opponent a lot to think about with their attacking option which failed to make good of their opportunities.
Manchester City scored the opening goal in the 15th minutes of the game after an excellent teamwork from the ball which saw Phil Foden finishing off to make it 1-0.
The match continued with a lot more happening as they wanted to score more goals in the game but it couldn’t happen as they entered the final minutes from the half.
The first half ended with Manchester City taking a 1-0 advantage inside for the break against Newcastle United who couldn’t make anything happen.
Second Half Report
The second half saw a lot of action happening from both ends as they managed to pull through looking for something.
Newcastle United had an amazing control of the match at a point but their finishing wasn’t that good despite how close they came and how many amount of chances.
Manchester City doubled their advantage in the 67th minutes of the match with another goal scored by Bernardo Silva to make it 2-0 as they moved on.
Erling Haaland was able to make an assist for the game which saw him being shutdown as they knew how dangerous it would have been to give him space.
The game ended with Manchester City claiming a 2-0 victory beating Newcastle United who weren’t that bad for themselves all through the game.
